About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Book and attend healthcare appointments with our service users.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records, including care plans and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with autism, mental health, and challenging behaviors.
  • Passion for supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence.
  • Patient, caring, and understanding approach.
  • Ability to set clear boundaries.
  • Outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic personality.
