Job Summary

This Operational Director role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at OES - Office Equipment Systems Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.

You will oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and lead special projects as directed by the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Define and execute the operational strategy for OES.
  • Lead changes to enhance efficiency in all operational areas.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Represent OES in discussions with partners, ensuring activities align with client expectations.
  • Manage operational risks and address issues promptly.
