**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Ards Community Supported Living team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports* Maintain a safe and respectful environment for service users and staff

**What We Offer**

**Eligibility Criteria**
