Senior Staff Nurse - Paediatric Neuro-rehab & Complex Care

We're excited to partner with a leading private healthcare provider who has invested heavily in the latest treatments, technology, and facilities.

As a Senior Staff Nurse in their Paediatric Neuro-rehabilitation team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive organisation that prioritises both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior nurses and take on leadership roles in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
  • Implement holistic care plans and participate in audits and quality improvement projects to enhance care standards.
  • Work with tracheostomised patients and contribute to a progressive and supportive team.

Requirements:

  • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child/RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
  • Experience in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and working with tracheostomised patients.
