Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Technician to join our team in the South of the UK. We deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, service, repairs, and installation of our medical devices, as well as customer and distributor training on and off-site. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage their own diary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical expertise applied to provide preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Equipment faults resolved using diagnostic skills and reasoning
  • System surveys and installations conducted to meet customer needs
  • Product training provided to customers and distributors
  • Ongoing maintenance and calibration of products to ensure optimal performance
  • Timely response to customer calls and emails
  • Documentation maintained for sales and service activities
Excellent Compensation Package: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
