What You'll Do:

  • Conduct personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for ESOL students, including those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
  • Develop engaging and adaptive lesson plans that cater to students' language challenges and strengths.
  • Boost students' confidence and fluency in English through focused and supportive instruction.
  • Create an inclusive and encouraging learning space where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Continuously monitor progress and tailor teaching strategies to ensure ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • ESOL certification
  • Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian
  • Expertise in teaching key language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and connect with students
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to guiding each student's individual journey
