What You'll Do:
- Conduct personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for ESOL students, including those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Develop engaging and adaptive lesson plans that cater to students' language challenges and strengths.
- Boost students' confidence and fluency in English through focused and supportive instruction.
- Create an inclusive and encouraging learning space where every student feels valued and supported.
- Continuously monitor progress and tailor teaching strategies to ensure ongoing improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- ESOL certification
- Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian
- Expertise in teaching key language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and connect with students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to guiding each student's individual journey
