About the Role:

Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Operative to join our team. As a Construction Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of labouring tasks and assisting tradesmen in the delivery of our planned and cyclical replacement programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting tradesmen with labouring tasks
  • Carrying out a range of construction tasks
  • Assisting with the removal and installation of kitchens
  • Offloading and loading work vans
  • Bathroom removals and disposal

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and confident individual
  • Reasonable level of fitness
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small repairs team
  • Fully qualified driver
