Senior IT Support Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual eager to work within a strong team to deliver major projects and continuous improvements to IT services. As a senior IT support professional, you will enjoy building relationships with customers and managers across the company, communicating IT changes to non-technical audiences, and confidently advocating for new ideas and solutions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering exceptional daily system administration and serving as a point of escalation within the team
- Proactively proposing and implementing improvements to IT processes
- Designing, delivering, and overseeing the business impact of a wide range of technical projects
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience. We also offer a discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year, 25 days' annual leave plus bank and public holidays, and flexible benefits scheme offering additional holiday, cash payments and pension contributions.
