  • Coordinate and manage site operations, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage candidate performance, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including site management and candidate performance data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and operations, with a focus on site management and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
