We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Factory Hand to join our team at Interaction - Exeter. In this role, you will work on a production line, packaging products and contributing to the success of our factory.
You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet our high quality standards, while also maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. You will also be involved in training and supporting new members of the team.
We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate, with opportunities for career advancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work well under pressure.
