About the Role

The Managing Director will be responsible for leading and directing our company, motivating and empowering our management team to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement our business strategy, ensuring we remain a market leader in our field.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an experienced international business development leader with a proven track record of commercial acumen at MD level. You must have a deep understanding of the retail/distributor channels and be able to deliver quality products to the consumer.

As a successful candidate, you will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your team to achieve their full potential. You will also have a strong understanding of business strategy and be able to develop and implement plans to drive growth and profitability.
