About the Role

As a Sampling Officer with Scottish Water, you will be responsible for collecting and processing water samples to ensure the highest quality of our services. This is a crucial role in maintaining Scotland's reputation for refreshing pure water.

You will work as part of our Field Response team, visiting customer properties and locations impacted by repairs to collect samples and conduct investigations. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately are essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong focus on quality, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to hold a full, clean driving license and be willing to work flexibly, including occasional weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,430-£27,210 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 38 days of holiday and access to SW Splash rewards program.
