We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team at Listers Toyota Dealership in Boston as a Trainee Car Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop new skills will also be essential for success in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary package that includes a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn up to £55,000 in OTE (On Target Earnings), making this a truly attractive career opportunity.

Working hours typically span between 8:30am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week and Sunday work on a rota basis from 10am to 5pm.
