**Job Description:** We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Officer at Solihull College & University Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering activities that promote learner engagement, motivation, and overall college experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver activities that promote learner engagement and motivation
- Develop and maintain relationships with learners, staff, and external partners
- Provide pastoral support and advice to learners
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive college environment
**Requirements:**
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners. They will have experience of working in a further or higher education environment, ideally in a student-facing role. A Level 3 qualification is essential, with GCSEs in English and Maths desirable.
