About the Role

The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a pipeline of Buy-to-Let and Residential cases, ensuring timely completion and excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with brokers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile electronic case files and chase outstanding requirements for underwriter assessments or completion.
  • Manage fee payments, instruct valuations, and process solicitor instructions.
  • Review incoming documents, support credit policy/legal conditions, and process reports.
  • Assist brokers and solicitors with the application process, providing updates and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Proactively manage the pipeline, chasing outstanding tasks and working closely with underwriting/other departments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with brokers, valuers, and solicitors.
