About the Role:

You will engage in comprehensive training programs, combining hands-on experience with academic learning. You will also participate in projects focusing on innovation and sustainability in construction materials and practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor production processes and end products to identify ways to improve processes.
  2. Work with all members of the management team to continually raise Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Requirements:

  1. 5 GCSEs Grade A*- C or 4-9, including Mathematics, English Language and Science.
