Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum. As a Senior Financial Manager at Isca Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering accounting services and providing strategic advice to business owners and directors. You will lead, mentor, and manage a small team, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting in line with UK accounting standards. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice to support their business growth.

\\The ideal candidate will have ACA or ACCA qualification, recent experience in a UK accountancy practice, and strong leadership and team management skills. They will also have a solid understanding of UK accounting standards and tax regulations, a proactive approach to tax planning and problem-solving, and strong organisational and time-management skills.
