Credit Collector

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join a well-established manufacturing firm in Hampshire on a temporary basis. This 1-month role may lead to a permanent position.

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing manual processes, daily invoicing, and credit control to ensure timely customer payments and effective cash recovery.

1. Verify customer ratings and establish credit accounts
2. Create payment plans for clients
3. Prepare credit reports for management
4. Manage debts of creditors and ensure timely payment
5. Chase overdue debtors via phone and email

1. Confident communication skills with excellent phone mannerisms
2. High attention to detail with strong administrative abilities
3. Significant experience in a similar role
