Job Role: Field Service Engineer (Agricultural/Horticultural Machinery)

Job Summary:
Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer of Agricultural Engineering Equipment to support the growth of their engineering team. We are seeking skilled Plant and Agricultural field service engineers to maintain, repair and service an array of Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out emergency repairs/breakdowns on agricultural machinery (tractors, combiners, balers etc)
Travel to customer sites to ensure all machinery is maintained and repaired to the highest quality
Carry out diagnostics to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery
Working on engines, batteries and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs

Requirements:
Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous)
Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)

Benefits:
32 days holiday including bank holidays - increasing with service
All overtime after 37.5 hours midweek, x2 on Sundays and Bank Holidays (£22.50 per hour)
Plenty of overtime available per week (average availability is 15-20 hours) Min (5 hours): Additional £5,850pa / Average (15 hours) : Additional £17,550pa
Holiday overtime pay - paid in May (£1,500 paid last year)
Ongoing commitment to training and progression
Pension scheme - 3% employee minimum, 8% employer
Company van, Fuel Card, mobile phone etc
All Travel Time, Expenses paid from home to/from site
