We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our team and lead our evening services operations. As an experienced chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of high-quality meals, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the evening services team to deliver high-quality meals
• Managing the FOH General Assistant to ensure seamless service delivery
• Recording all HACCAP documentation and H&S due diligence to maintain compliance
