Academic Opportunity in Primary Education
The University of Brighton is seeking a highly qualified individual to join its School of Education, Sport and Health Sciences as a Lecturer in Education (Primary Education and Primary English).
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate primary initial teacher education (ITE) programmes, with a focus on primary English. A strong background in EYFS and KS1 is desirable.
To be effective in this role, you will need:
- A good degree in a field relevant to primary education
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent, and proven successful experience as a Primary school teacher
- Up-to-date, sound knowledge of the field of primary education and primary English
