Job Overview: Our organization is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of National Volunteer Program Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position based from home, with extensive travel requirements across the UK. As part of the Regional Fundraising management team, you will lead a team, coach members of the wider team, and be a key member of the group.

Responsibilities:
This position entails several key responsibilities, including ensuring effective line management of the team and providing coaching to support development of volunteering with other members of the wider Regional Fundraising team. You will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive program success.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong passion for volunteering and significant experience in project planning and problem-solving. Budget development, planning, and forecasting skills are also essential, as well as an understanding of risk, mitigation, and contingency planning. Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis, are crucial for this position.

Compensation: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
