We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Medication Specialist to join our team in the picturesque region of North Yorkshire.

As a key member of our integrated healthcare team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, improve therapeutic outcomes, and support overall medication safety across their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize medication regimens for hospital and community patients to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical care and medication safety to inform treatment decisions and care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and support complex patient needs.
  • Lead medication reviews, particularly for elderly or high-risk patients, to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and audits to drive excellence in medication management.

About You:

  • MPharm degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
