Industrial Door Maintenance Specialist

Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Industrial Door Maintenance Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, service, maintain, and repair industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors.
  2. Occasionally work on loading bays and automatic doors if capable.
  3. Basic electrical wiring.
  4. Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment.
  2. Ideally have experience working on gates, barriers, and automatic doors.
  3. Hold relevant industry qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF.
  4. Have a clean driving licence.
