Si Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead the finance team of a family-run business based near Thirsk. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly Management Accounts and supporting information, as well as rolling cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Financial Forecasting and Budgeting

Desirable qualities:

  • Proven experience in a similar position within an SME environment
  • Knowledge of Sage accounts software
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent
