**Job Title:** Planning Consultant - Infrastructure Projects

The Role:

You'll play a key role in supporting our planning team on various applications and projects, managing project budgets, drafting and managing planning applications, and undertaking basic planning appraisals and research.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and financial success.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior clients, negotiating positive outcomes.
  • Assist with community engagement activities, committee meetings, and public consultations.

About You:

We're looking for a driven Planner with qualifications, experience, and skills suitable for this role. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the UK planning process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong report writing and project management capabilities.
