Description
Our team at Boar's Head Brand is seeking an experienced Delicatessen Cutter to join our Ocado Monroe OH facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing, packing, and labeling products with precision and attention to detail.

Essential Functions
  • Process (slice, pack, and label) various products
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on finished materials
  • Apply safe food practices specific to the department
  • Pick food products, pack in boats, totes, and boxes
  • Scan labels on packages, load packaging machines, and label packages with printed labels
  • Verify correct labeling on packages emerging from machinery
  • Assist in shutdown procedures
  • Aid in cleaning procedures
  • Understand the purchase order and ordering process
  • Navigate Xtreme System technology
  • Collaborate with our retail partner to ensure exceptional customer service


Education and Qualifications:
  • Embody and demonstrate company values and culture
  • Be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Be able to start overnight or early morning hours
  • Comfortable with 8-12 hour shifts (hours per day based on business need)
  • Related field experience is a plus
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Ability to apply knowledge of processes, production methods, and products to everyday operations
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a climate of 32-38 degrees
  • Ability to perform twisting, turning, and bending
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to read and understand production requirements
