Senior Finance Manager for Vehicle Finance Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our Vehicle Finance Performance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance performance across a designated number of dealer partners in the northern regions.

The team supports the sales of new and used vehicles with two of the major car brands in the UK, offering customer-focused finance programs that create affordability and accessibility to their main brands.

  1. Building Value with Partners: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement finance and insurance business plans that demonstrate the value they can add to their business and customers.
  2. Customer-Focused Finance Sales Processes: Work with partners to develop and implement consistent customer-focused finance sales processes, enabling consumers to make informed vehicle funding decisions.
  3. Total Trade Cycle Management: Implement and manage Total Trade Cycle Management, promoting new and used cars through affordability and best-in-class customer loyalty processes.
  4. Finance Renewal Process: Work with partners to enable them to understand the value of proactively managing the finance renewal process.
  5. Quarterly Reviews: Hold quarterly reviews with senior management to include performance, TCF (Treating Customers Fairly), and oversight performance data.
  6. Consumer Finance Products: Have knowledge of all consumer finance products, including liabilities.
  7. Consumer Credit Regulation: Understand consumer credit regulation.

This role will involve travel to various dealers in your geographical area, particularly across Scotland and the North.
