Radiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist Specialist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As an Interventional Radiology Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality medical imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of interventional radiology services, including the development of interventional oncology services.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver specialist interventional services, including vascular hybrid suite services.
- Participate in on-call rotas and contribute to the wider workload of the department, including general radiology and teaching of radiology trainees.
- Contribute to the development of research links and/or teaching links with the University of Wales, Bangor.
- Full GMC Registration
- On specialist Register for specialty or Specialist Registrar with CCST due within 6 months of interview date
- FRCR or equivalent
- Training and experience in interventional radiology
- Experience in cross-sectional imaging
- 6th year in interventional radiology training
- Broad experience in general radiology
- Commitment to team approach and multi-disciplinary working
- Counselling and communication skills
- Basic IT skills
