We're seeking a skilled Paid Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting account directors to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for a range of exciting brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative performance marketing strategies for our clients, working closely with account directors and the executive team.
- Lead client relationships and communications with key stakeholders, helping to build strong partnerships.
- Plan, build, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, establishing and reporting on suitable KPIs.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and management of client accounts, liaising directly with clients.
- Carry out technical changes, manage conversion tracking solutions, and analyze third-party analytics data to inform campaign decisions.
- Implement innovative management techniques to maximize campaign performance and deliver results-driven outcomes.
- Produce and deliver clear, concise campaign dashboards, reports, and recommendations to clients.
- Administer all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing, and billing.
- Manage and develop the skills of your Account Executives, ensuring efficient delegation of tasks to meet client needs.
- Work with the wider team to ensure best practice across accounts, analyzing and assessing performance of past campaigns.
- Attend and lead relevant training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- At least two years' experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
- Ambitious and positive team player with a passion for digital marketing, ready to take the next step in your career.
- An open, supportive, and data-driven approach to performance and outputs of key client accounts and team members.
- Thirst for knowledge and passion for self-development, with a willingness to learn and work across other digital channels.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships, anticipating clients' digital marketing needs.
- Experience of managing one or more junior digital marketing professionals.
- Impeccable attention to detail in all areas of your work.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward way.
- Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting strict deadlines in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a professional service.
- Highly developed creative problem-solving skills.
- 25-day holiday allowance (plus Bank Holidays) - plus extra time off over the Christmas period and one extra day's holiday accrued for every year of service.
