Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Cardiff or remotely. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions and leading a team of engineers to achieve our project roadmap.

About the Role

  • Technical leadership: Drive the development of software products with a customer-centric approach, ensuring delivery of great software and team motivation and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and DevOps function to drive Agile practices and ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  • Team management: Lead a high-performing software team with applications that have a significant user base, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise: Proven experience working in a high-performing software team with applications that have a large user base, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to drive software products with a customer-centric approach, with experience in team management and leadership.
  • Technical agnosticism: Willingness to work with a variety of technologies, with a preference for the Microsoft Ecosystem.
