Security Service Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. You will work with industry-leading technical knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and identify and rectify problems before they occur.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships
* Service security systems to relevant industry standards, working safely and responsibly
* Manage time efficiently, prioritizing jobs correctly and completing engineer work reports
* Correctly complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as appropriate

**Requirements**

* Experience within the Fire & Security industry
* Driving license - manual
* Ability to lift and climb ladders
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC
