Our client is a leading manufacturer of alloys, lubricants, and oils used predominantly in the aerospace, nuclear, and motorsport industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a degree-qualified Chemist or Chemical Engineer with experience in process development or support in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for working in conjunction with materials scientists and supporting the production/manufacturing teams to achieve desired yields. Your duties will include conducting evaluations on incoming raw materials, optimizing current processes, collaborating with production teams, running manufacturing trials, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating process performance. In return, you will receive a competitive salary range of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and performance-related bonus.
