Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our team at 3Search. As a Senior Bid Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write high-quality bid content, including proposals, tender responses, and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with our Bid Co-ordinator to ensure seamless bid processes and timely delivery.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on bid writing best practices.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid writing and proposal development within an engineering or construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement and bid processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly for an international audience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
