Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gas Breakdown Specialist to join our team at Liberty. As a Gas Breakdown Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking the servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake the servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems
  2. Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
  3. Completion of all relevant paperwork
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  5. Participate in out-of-hours works, including overtime, call-out, etc.
  6. Work to operational procedures, safe working practices, and H&S procedures
  7. Reporting of all accidents, near-miss events, or potential hazards
  8. Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
  9. Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
Requirements
  1. Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  2. ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  3. LPG, UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
  4. Understanding of gas legislation
  5. Full driving license
  6. Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
  7. Ability to manage own time and workload
  8. Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
  9. Flexibility
