About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Queen's Arms. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
