Job Title:

Chartered Town Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Town Planner to join our team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful project delivery, excellent knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.

About the Role:

This is a key member of the planning department, working on a diverse range of projects and making a real impact on the development of our towns and cities. Key responsibilities include leading and managing planning projects, providing expert advice to clients, preparing and submitting planning applications, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent professional body.
  • Proven experience in town planning within the UK.
  • Excellent knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Salary and Benefits:
