To drive Heatly's business development and sales initiatives, we seek an experienced Business Development Director who can identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. Set clear vision and roadmap for growth while adapting to market shifts and customer demands.
Market Research and AnalysisConduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and develop actionable insights.
Client Relationship BuildingBuild and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team LeadershipRecruit, mentor, and retain top-performing sales teams. Scale the team effectively to support growth while fostering a high-performance culture, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in an enterprise sales environment.
- Experience in a sales leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
