Job Overview:

The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
  • Manage team members to achieve maximum output and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to 5S practices at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or manufacturing background
  • Prior knowledge of Clean Room environments desirable
  • At least 2 years' experience in Food/Pharmaceutical industries desirable

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £29,789pa
  • Holiday allowance: 33 days per annum (25+8)
  • Full-time, two shifts, Monday to Friday
