About the Opportunity: We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding position for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ayr, Scotland. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, we are seeking an experienced professional who can contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting Patient Assessments: Develop and deliver comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and evidence-based practice.
- Mentoring and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior occupational therapy staff and students, promoting their growth and development as professionals.
- Servicing Excellence: Contribute to the advancement of occupational therapy services, working collaboratively with the Lead Occupational Therapist to develop innovative solutions.
