The AA is expanding, diversifying, and modernizing, and we're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to play a key role in our success. As a Financial Analyst, you'll provide critical financial insights and analysis to support the strategic objectives of our AAX business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct month-end close accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for the business unit.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, performing financial modelling and ad hoc analysis.
- Generate actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the AAX leadership team and support the Finance Business Partner in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop financial models and business cases, providing decision support to the AAX leadership team.
- Analyse financial data and other KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create detailed financial reports and compelling presentations.
- Proven experience in performing month-end close accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Fully qualified OR part qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
