Depot Plant Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Depot Plant Engineer to join our team at enfinium's Kelvin site, an advanced Energy from Waste (EfW) facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our plant from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the life cycle integrity of plant and equipment, including reactive, preventative, and condition-based maintenance to ensure high operational availability.
- Maintain high standards related to health and safety, environmental compliance, and site housekeeping.
- Comply with company rules and procedures, especially those related to health, safety, environmental management, and quality systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operating and emergency instructions based on OEM guidelines and procedure manuals.
- Carry out supervisory duties in line with the organisation's policies and applicable laws.
- HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation, or other disciplines related to power generation.
- IOSH or NEBOSH Managing Safely General Certificate or similar safety qualification is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of steam-raising plant and power generation equipment, welding, Electrical, Control and Instrument design, maintenance, and repair, along with knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
