Transform Lives with Our Volunteer Programme

At Charity People, we're on a mission to empower volunteers and transform lives. We're seeking a passionate Volunteer Programme Lead to join our team and help build a community of dedicated supporters across the region.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can inspire others, build strong relationships, and have experience in volunteer management. As our Volunteer Programme Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our volunteer programme, working closely with colleagues across the charity and hospital.

  • Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement strategies
  • Champion volunteering both inside the hospital and throughout local communities
  • Coordinate our Charity Hubs within the hospital, ensuring they are staffed by exceptional volunteers who provide an outstanding patient experience
