Marketing Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our Artist Services team and play a key role in driving the success of our Rap/RnB roster. This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing press and promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for domestic and international releases
- Manage press, online, radio, and TV teams to secure promotional opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop streaming strategy and innovative activations across DSPs
- Deliver high-quality sales and marketing reports to support informed decision-making

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns within the Rap/RnB genre
- Strong understanding of data analysis and consumer insights
- Ability to confidently plan, manage, and deliver campaigns to a high standard

What We Offer
- Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience
