About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Central Analytics team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing AI solutions that meet the highest technical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Central Analytics team in the UK and India to design and deploy AI solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Research and develop AI solutions using appropriate algorithms, validations, and delivery methods.
  • Lead technical efforts to ensure fair, ethical, and accurate AI solutions.
  • Work in an Agile environment, ensuring activities are visible and up-to-date in Azure DevOps.
  • Analyze data, identify biases, and undertake data correction and preprocessing as needed.
  • Evaluate algorithms for deployment and provide feedback on improvements.
  • Construct Azure ML pipelines and support the deployment and evaluation of AI/ML solutions.
  • Document algorithms and project handovers.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or time series analysis is beneficial.
  • Experience setting up relevant architectures to monitor production solutions and perform MLOps.
  • An interest in generative AI and LLMs.
