About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation team, you will work closely with our Partners and senior lawyers to handle complex commercial litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex commercial litigation cases, including contractual disputes, corporate/shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud, insurance, and financial services/banking disputes.
  • Work closely with our Partners and senior lawyers to develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 7 years of PQE in commercial litigation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
