About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and progressive individual to join our Corporate team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development of the department and client base, dealing with a broad range of work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters, and commercial contracts covering sales of goods and services, IT, IP, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a diverse caseload, including complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Provide leadership and support to junior team members
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the Corporate team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years PQE in Corporate law
  • Ambitious with a drive to develop your own caseload and progress within the firm
  • Confident networker with the ability to attract and build relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Leadership and management qualities to support and develop junior team members
