About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trust Grade Doctor to join our Same Day Emergency Care team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Same Day Emergency Care service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients referred to the Same Day Emergency Care service
  • Develop and implement new pathways and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the SDEC team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • GMC Registration with a licence to practice or confirmed eligibility for entry
  • ALS certification
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine and acute medicine at FY2/ST1/2 level with a minimum of one year post Foundation training
  • Ability to speak and write English to the appropriate standard necessary to fulfill the job requirements
