About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small friendly team of professionals and work alongside our Groundworks Contracts Manager, gaining experience of that role and contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Produce and maintain registers for RAMs
- Review and write simple programmes
- Site setting out where applicable
- Raising RFIs
- Taking and circulating meeting minutes
- Collation of site drawings and maintaining register
- Updating site specific software (Siteplex)
- Weekly labour and plant return for each live site
- Liaising with Contracts Manager to ensure that Labour and plant are allocated to the correct contract
About You
We are looking for a pro-active individual with a strong understanding of Groundwork Construction Processes or willingness to learn, who can take initiative and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to resolve problems.
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook and Word, and generally computer literate
- Good time management & ability to plan & work to deadlines
Licence/Certification:
- HNC or NVQ 5 qualification or above ideally within the construction field
- Driving Licence
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
