About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse (RGN) to join our esteemed care home in Cranleigh, Surrey. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of £54,662, with paid breaks and opportunities for career advancement. Additionally, you will have access to a generous employee discount scheme and Blue Light Discount Card.

Job Description:

  • Lead a dedicated care team to provide exceptional care to residents.
  • Promote independence and dignity for all residents.
  • Work full-time, option of 36 or 48 hours per week, on a rotating schedule of days and nights.
  • Be required to work alternate weekends.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid NMC Pin.
  • Be empathetic, respectful, and possess a growth mindset.
  • Have the ability to lead and inspire a care team.
  • Be available to work a rotation of days and nights, including alternate weekends.
